The Alpha Highwayman. An Alpha/Omega Mpreg. Out now. Only 99c.

Here’s the blurb.

How can an aristocrat who’s turned to a life of crime find love?

Baron Christopher ‘Kit’ Conroy is an alpha who spends his days in taverns and his nights robbing carriages traveling dark, country roads. His lifestyle’s precarious, but the thrill of getting away with his misdeeds is addictive.

Lord Aquilla ‘Quill’ Wentworth, is an omega who lives at the magnificent Riverside Hall with servants who have been loyal to him since his birth.

Neither alpha nor omega is searching for a mate, but on a fateful night when Quill is returning from an engagement, and Kit is desperate for funds, the pair meet. But not before the alpha chases the omega’s carriage across the countryside.

Despite less that promising first impressions, the mismatched pair cannot ignore their attraction to one another. But Kit has a price on his head, and Quill cannot leave home. Both are torn between wanting to be together and needing to stay apart.

But the alpha cannot keep running forever because the past is about to catch up to him. Is there a noose with his name on it?

Here’s another question and answer from an author interview I did a month or so ago.

Q: What’s your writing schedule like?

A: I’m not a fast writer, and I’m the synonym queen! I’ll spend ages trying not to repeat something. Even when I know a particular English word doesn’t have many synonyms, I’ll check it anyway in case a new one has been created since I last checked!!!!

When I start a writing session, I always go back over what I did the previous day, and I’ll keep adding to it until I’m satisfied it’s a fully-rounded scene.

The Alpha’s Vow is complete but it’s not yet live. I’ll post a link here on my site and on FB when it’s been published.

Here’s another short excerpt from the book.

***

Though Max had left home a few years ago, his father had kept tabs on him. No matter what job he was working at or where he was living, he sensed he was being watched and though he hadn’t expected it, it didn’t surprise him. That’s how he operates. He can’t bear to lose something that belongs to him.
But being reminded of his family had Max rubbing the back of his neck and grinding his teeth. Forget them. Time for a shower.
